I am doing this with rob's help. Using the computer to hear all about the world you are experiencing. We had a snow storm it was so beautiful. Rob and I skied the outer mongolia lift with a friend Alex. It was steep and deep. Thanks for sharing your experiences with all of us here in Vail. Ellen and rob Pollan
hey Beau! It's been so great to follow along with your travels! I love Pho; hopefully you get to try it before you leave Vietnam. You crossed my mind because one of my friends is going to Thailand and Laos next month, but doesn't have a place to stay in Bangkok the night he arrives. Do you have any tips or suggestions?
Hayley's boyfriend who is chinese also celebrates tet and his aunt was visiting and he won 500 dollars which is great luck! Glad you also celebrated it, and felt welcome into the family!
Hello Beau! Miss having you around! This time it's a bit selfish! My Mac Pro won't accept anymore downloaded photos! It says there is no space! Lucas is helping me, get and set up a new giant hard drive, but I'm not as confident as when you help me! I'll let you know if it works in a few days! It sounds like you are getting a HUGE cultural and international education! Wow! Spring is about to start here! WE'd love to see you back for a guest spot!! I went to the tip of the Baja Peninsula to San Jose del Cabo - it was great, calm, full of marine life and beaurty. Take care of yourself! Love your bulletins & stories! With love, Betsy
I don't know why the 'double rainbow' link in your latest post took me to photos from July 18 at Sainshand the first time, but those dino bones look familliar. Any chance that is the Compsognathus fossil? Happens to be my fall league team. Another cooincidence that made me think of you was a housemate that moved in last night mentioned finding a bonsai tree at the curb on hippie christmas...
Beau! You were always full of imagination (Spanky on skis!), always inventing, and do remember your developing interest in Bonsai. You have grown into an incredible person and I, along with your family am so very proud of you. May you the path that you have made a reality...be well.
I'm sure all of your readers have been dying to know this but have not wanted to interrupt the intensity of your explorations, but now that you are bumming around India you should have time; what kind of bathroom facilities is each culture using? Who has indoor plumbing? Who uses ground slits, 'thrones', ...? Any bidets? It's time to dispense with the trivial, fluffy descriptions and get to the real crap.
You sound/seem like the typical douchebag I have seen traveling...
Say hello to Ace. We met on the plane to Delhi. You made it to kerala that is great.
I notice you've been reading Atlas Shrugged for a while. In case you think you might set a record, i've been reading it for over a decade so i doubt you'll be able to catch me...
Hi Beau,
Welcome back. I miss my regular instalments from you. I have a small computer problem that I would apreciate your help with. Do you have any mending or sewing needs I could offer? Or I'd be happy to pay money or some food you request. If you can fit me in I'd love to see you. 772-4253 or 233-0606. LMK
